The Queanbeyan Aquatic Centre features 50 metre outdoor and indoor 25 metre pools which enables the Queanbeyan community and visitors to have access to aquatic facilities and programs all year round.
The Queanbeyan Aquatic Centre is situated in Moore Park covering 1.3 hectares of land within a triangular plot bounded by Crawford, Campbell and Antill Streets.
The modern facility features:
- 50m outdoor pool (open Oct to Mar)
- 25m indoor pool (open all year)
- Shaded toddlers’ pool (open Oct to Mar)
- Free electric BBQs (Oct to Mar)
- Free hot showers Kiosk facilities
At various times the pool can be used for swimming carnivals by outside organisations. This can restrict the areas available for public use.
Contact the Centre to find out if there are activities which may limit the use of the facility.

- Monday - Friday: 6am-8pm
- Saturday - Sunday: 7am-8pm
- Public Holidays: 9am-6pm
- Outdoor Pool (Open from October to March)
